4 Quick Tips


#1: What's the Plan, Boss?


So you have a new gym and new cool shoes to wear, but now what. You've been hitting the gym religiously for weeks, but did not notice any difference in your body. Well, let me ask you this, what is your goal? How much weight you want to lose? When do you lose?
As a personal trainer, I have always asked people at random in the gymnastic exercises that work the muscles or cardio machines are better. Absolutely annoying how many people are more concerned about what exercise works the chest or arm may be, instead of whether your training will be beneficial to me what they want to achieve. Most of the time it is not.
Look boys and girls, some things in life that you can improvise and succeed through ... as drive test or an exam at university. However, when taken in the commitment (and that's exactly what a fitness program should be solid) than joining a gym or hire a personal trainer, you need a plane. If you do not have a plan, you will succeed or success always take ... FOR-EV-ER.
A fitness plan, like any plan is the roadmap to your success. It acts as a guide and motivator to ensure that you reach your goal on time or earlier. If you do not know where to go, how to get there? You do not, you will become one of the many thousands of "gym-zombies" who receive a membership with good intentions, but are not aware of what they have to do to achieve your goal of weight loss .
Now, the first thing you need to set a target weight goal ... If weight loss is your goal, ask yourself how much you want to lose? Most people are quite comfortable with 15-30 pounds, so let's set. This is actually a lot if you think about it ... Thus two dress sizes for all women who are reading this.
Now the next question is: "When do you think this has gone by the wayside?" Now, let's be honest at all ... there is no "miracle diet" that will lose 20 pounds in 2 weeks or something crazy. Second, not someone who has no time limit to be thin for that in my opinion is not even trying to succeed and wasting time.
There are many events throughout the year to prepare for Christmas, New Year, Thanksgiving, summer vacation, spring weddings ... good, you can even aim for Halloween if you want to wear a cool costume. Just pick one, commit to start date.
# 2 support the cause
Having a strong support system could certainly make the difference between success and failure. For example, you get a great workout and feel top of the world. Now you go home to see his partner and children eating a pizza or Chinese take out ... to pick on you, huh?
It is very difficult to maintain a goal of healthy people weight loss around you are not worthy of what you are trying to accomplish. If I could give one tip here is to bring family members on board ... let them know how important it is for you to get in shape. You do this to improve yourself and feel better about yourself.
Even get the family involved, go for a family walk, take a class with your spouse, do things together and that will bring you closer to your goal without much headache.
If the family does not want to get involved, there are many gyms or gyms offer fitness classes as a group. You will be in a group setting with like-minded people while striving to achieve the same overall goal. I think the most important thing to take away here is that you do not have to go it alone, there are people like you who want to get that dream body, or better
# 3 Build the habit
The real secret to losing weight or for any purpose to change the way you look is all about changing habits. A sample 12-week fat burning diet is not difficult to find on the Internet or at any magazine of health and fitness. But what people do not understand is that any bodybuilder, fitness pro athlete who eats this way TMESELVES trained ... For years!
To eat like someone trying to lose weight and fat have seriously train for ... as well as training in the gym. You need to change some of your eating and lifestyle habits to succeed ... and that's what people do not want to hear.
But the truth of the matter is that to make your dreams of weight loss (and this is how they will remain unless you start to really let it sink section) become reality, to sacrifice. But ask yourself this question ... Are you willing to sacrifice some of the simple pleasures that eats now, tomorrow a better body? Even down to a better body, better health in general should be the ultimate goal.
My first recommendation in this area is to take all the waste in the house (I can feel you looking at me crazy right now, but you must do so). My rule is that if there is no operating system, you do not eat.
My second recommendation is to start writing down everything you eat for at least three days, then it will visually display your current eating habits and you must begin to change to succeed

# 4 committing to change
Now just play the weight loss # 3 is to change bad habits and make good on that compliment your goal of weight loss. But before that, you must commit to changing lifestyle.
For example, you must agree to go to the gym and get a minimum of 45 minutes of solid driving when you've had a hard day at work because you know that after the training, you are much closer to your goal . You must commit to stay in this some nights during the week or on the weekend to get some sleep for the next day's training.
Get the idea? All successful people in health and fitness, either bodybuilders or typical soccer mom who lost 20 pounds of fat and fabulous do it this way, by committing to the change that is necessary in this type of fashion life.
Now, the change will not come overnight. It took three weeks to put 30 pounds, and it will take 3 weeks to get it out. The weight is not going to go without it so be prepared, be proud to do something about it, and good luck.
