With all the debate on obesity and great national unity to lose weight, there is a subtext to be fit. Weight loss is the only no longer acceptable, we must also try to be "fit". Exactly what fitness means to the average person?
Young did not "exercise" which "shape fitness. Watching TV or surfing the net, you are constantly met with pictures of thin women sweat and push themselves to the "max" to reach a hundred pumps, run ten miles bag beat boxing or weightlifting.
The average person takes a subconscious decision when presented with these images, which generally fall into one of three categories.
"No matter what I do"
"I started this morning"
"Maybe I should start exercising"
We will examine the effect of these decisions may have on the average person.
There is no way I'm doing that
This person receives exercise what they see. Or do not want to fight this, or they know they are not physically able to do, therefore, eliminate all thoughts of exercising your brain.
I started this morning
This person is full of energy and ambition. When they wake up in the morning, grab their slippers and a bottle of water and removed from running five miles from the battle of the heavy bag for an hour or try to exercise all machines in a gym. The result? The poor will probably not be able to get out of bed the next morning! It hurts, and it brings another resolution, "This is for the birds."
Maybe I should start exercising
This person really has a chance to succeed. Generally follow one of two paths. 1) Forget it or 2) Start planning an exercise routine that makes sense for them. Number two is obviously the winner.

My recommendation to achieve Personal Fitness
If you've read any of my articles or my blog, you know I'm not an extremist. I do not think any more than I'd rather recommend trying to lose 40 pounds in a month, or start a program of intermediate or advanced level of exercise.
Good physical condition is all that implies, a program designed for you alone. Believe me, everyone starts an exercise routine at the initial level and then work your way up to more advanced levels.
Good physical condition is a reality when you feel good. Either you work or have reached their goal of weight loss, you are physically able to do much more than when you started, and you feel energetic and look forward to the next day.
I think the realization of successful fitness is possible if you follow these two simple steps:
1. Start a weight loss program that focuses on reasonably healthy foods and healthy meals. Just change the elimination of fried meat baked, grilled or barbecued vegetables swimming in butter, reduce or eliminate soda (regular or diet), and the replacement of these cookies with healthy snacks you will lose weight without counting calories, carbohydrates or anything else.
Two. Depending on their physical, start small with exercise. Start walking a short distance. Out of the running of the house with one goal in mind to get to the corner, around the block - what you feel you can do. When you start to feel tired or short of breath turn around and go home.
Walk in the same place for a week and then try to expand its distance along the same rules. Ride your bike using the same method as described for walking. Go swimming or exercising in water. Use an exercise ball, if only to sit on.
Following these methods will achieve fitness much faster than you thought possible.
